One year; the richness of the carob and coconut oil increases over time. We only use the highest quality coconut oil, a natural preservative with a shelf life of 3 years. The Carobelles will not spoil, even if they melt. Place them in the freezer, should they ever melt, and enjoy a one of a kind Carobelle Bar.
