Unfortunately, the majority of prepared foods lack food combining based on the studies of Dr. William Howard Hay. For example, most raw foods are made with nuts and fruit, which cannot be digested at the same time so they putrefy, which means you get bloated and experience gas. We balance ingredients to ease nutrient absorption and assimilation, while offering yummy, healthy, snacks combined for optimum nutrition and digestion.

Everybody's body is unique and all bodies has inate wisdom. Your body wants to heal, all you need to do is explore options and listen to your body. Every body's constitution varies and requires different nourishment at different times depending on your goals. Explore foods and combinations and tune in to how you feel and how your body reacts. Generally, give new foods and activities at least six weeks of exploration, by then any detox or harmonizing would be complete and it's affects clear to you.

Feel good about what you're eating through awareness. Empowerment manifests through you, one choice at a time.
